Terms of Use
These terms govern use of One Clear Idea Publisher, a private internal desktop application operated by the owner of the One Clear Idea channel.
Single-user access
The application is not a public service. It may be used only by the authorized channel owner on the owner's controlled Windows computer.
YouTube terms
The application uses YouTube API Services. By using the application, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and applicable Google policies.
Permitted use
- Upload content owned by or properly licensed to the channel owner.
- Provide accurate, relevant titles, descriptions, tags, audience declarations, and visibility settings.
- Use the application only for the approved One Clear Idea publishing workflow.
Owner control and consent
Placing a finished video in the configured publishing folder is the owner's express instruction to process that video using the configured platform metadata and visibility defaults. Live publishing remains subject to an explicit application-level enable switch controlled by the owner.
Prohibited use
The application must not be used to upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized content; to scrape YouTube; to access another person's account; or to share API credentials.
Availability
Publishing depends on the availability and policies of YouTube API Services. Uploads may be delayed, rejected, restricted, or made private by YouTube. The operator must review failures and comply with platform notices.
Privacy
Use of information is governed by the One Clear Idea Publisher Privacy Policy.
